Darley Fast Foam 150 Class “A” Foam Proportioner

The motor is a 12 VDC, 1/2 hp continuous speed electric motor. The pump is a continuous-duty, piston-type, positive displacement pump. The pump is rated at 1.5 gpm. The pump shall be supplied with a 250 psi (17.2 b) safety relief valve for protection against over-pressurization. The Venturi will flow up to 150 gpm.

Odin® Darley Autovalve™ Kits

The Autovalve™ is a user-programmable valve system to be used in Compressed Air Foam systems, powered by 12-volt or 24-volt battery power. The Autovalve™ shall have predetermined flow settings for a water and air valve by operation of the flow buttons. The system shall operate several modes of flow choices:

AIR ONLY
DRY C.A.F.
WET C.A.F.
H2O (Water Only)

Presets for the Dry and Wet settings will be completely programmable in 100 incremental set points. In addition to the memorized presets, the system will have the ability to open or shut the water valve to any choice of flow range between closed and fully open valve under normal CAFS operation. The digital display will interpret the water valve opening percentage and display that percentage on the controller screen.

Odin® Autofill™ Systems

Connect to a hydrant or pressurized supply, and the AutoFill™ valve direct tank fill system does the rest. It maintains the water tank level without any operator assistance. To increase the safety of firefighter personnel, the apparatus shall be equipped with an automatic direct tank fill system. The system shall operate refilling operations independently, without monitoring by the engineer. Refill operation shall not require apparatus or fire pump to be running. The system shall be capable of handling pressurized sources up to 300 psi. The AutoFill system gets an electronic signal from a Fire Research Vision Series water level gauge (REQUIRED). The water level gauge supplies a programmed signal to stop filling when the tank level is at 85% full and resume filling when the tank level reaches 50%. The valve system shall be able to be manually overridden in case of electric failure.
